After an agreement is reached with the manufacturer, the process begins when all information about the company's vehicles or machinery is transmitted to Hakbim data processing. At this stage, the manufacturer is responsible for transmitting all vehicle information (BOM, etc.) and images that it wants to be in the catalog.

After the data transfer process is completed, all transmitted vehicle / machine information is examined by Hakbim and the catalog model is determined.

After the transfer and examination is completed, the process of transactions of the data starts.

STEP - II

cataloging

Work begins in accordance with the cataloging model determined as a result of examining the vehicle or machine information. While all the information provided is cataloged, the images of the provided vehicle / machine spare parts are exploded and made on a part-based basis.

The length of the cataloging process may vary depending on the size of the vehicle data. After the process is completed III. Catalog delivery takes place.

STEP - III

DELIVERY & INTEGRATION

The prepared vehicle / machine catalog is delivered to the manufacturer in the desired format. At this point, if an agreement has been made with the manufacturer to integrate vehicle data into ECAT10 or Workshop Book programs, the integration process begins.

User types and dealers are defined for ECAT10 or Workshop Book. After testing the data, the manufacturer opens the spare part / service program to users.
